World Title History

Magsayo is a former World Champion, having achieved glory in the Featherweight division:

WBC Featherweight Champion: In January 2022, he defeated the long-reigning champion Gary Russell Jr. to capture the WBC Featherweight title, a monumental achievement that launched him into superstardom.

Loss of Title: He lost the belt in a close split decision in his first defense against Rey Vargas in July 2022.

The Move to Super Featherweight
